Markus Andrezak (Director of Product, My-Hammer AG) has been active in different contexts as Product and Development Manager for high traffic and high revenue web sites. During the last years his main focus has been transitions towards Lean and Kanban product management and development practices across his portfolio. Pawel Brodzinski is an experienced leader and team builder who managed different software teams along his career from tiny groups working on in-house solutions up to big divisions working on multiple complex projects for big corporations. Pawel is a fan of choosing right approach to right problem and doesn't believe in a silver bullet.
He is well-recognized blogger writing about software project management at http://blog.brodzinski.com. Recently he leads a division in VSoft where he has chosen Kanban as main project management approach. Pawel is passionate about leading great teams, fixing broken projects and creating high-quality software.
With more than 13 years of experience in IT industry, Hermanni Hyytiälä has profound understanding of various aspects of software development including development, team leadership, management, training, and coaching. For many years, Hermanni has been applying Agile and Lean methods, and more recently been both a practitioner and an advocate of using the Kanban Method and Systems Thinking towards the better design and management of knowledge work. Currently Hermanni works for Reaktor as a Principal Consultant.
Klaus Leopold, author of the book "Kanban in der IT" is LKU accredited Kanban trainer and Kanban coach with LEANability. His main interest is painless evolutionary change leadership using the Kanban method. Klaus is cofounder of the Limited WIP Society Austria and the Swiss Limited WIP Society. He publishes his current thoughts on his blog www.klausleopold.com.
Dr. Arne Roock is working as a Trainer (accredited by LKU) and Coach for Lean and Kanban for it-agile in Germany. He trained and coached Kanban in different contexts like Web Startups, Major Product Companies and international Enterprises. He wrote several papers on Lean/Kanban and translated the book "Kanban - Successful Evolutionary Change for Your Technology Business" into German. He runs the Blog www.software-kanban.de and co-founded the first Limited WIP Society Germany.
Karl Scotland is a versatile software practitioner with over 15 years of experience covering development, project management, team leadership, coaching and training. For the last 10 years he has been successfully applying Agile methods, and most recently has been a pioneer and advocate of using Kanban Systems for software development.
Currently an Agile Coach with Rally Software in the UK, Karl is a founding member of the Lean Software and Systems Consortium and the Limited WIP Society, and has previously championed Agile and Lean Thinking with the BBC, Yahoo! and EMC Consulting.
